蘋果稍早確認第29屆開發者大會WWDC 2018將再次選在加州聖荷西McEnery會議中心舉辦，預計於美國西岸時間6月4日至8日期間展開，而開發者將可從美國西岸時間3月22日上午10點過後於WWDC官方網站申請購票，此次仍將以隨機抽選方式決定購票資格，開發者將可在美國西岸時間3月23日下午5點後確認是否或選購票資格。
Following last year's announcement of the HomePod, a smart speaker integrated with the Siri digital assistant service, Apple added courses at this year's WWDC 2018 discussing HomePod application service design. Courses covering development tool resources newly added at last year's WWDC 2017, such as GymKit and CoreML, were also added. Previously available API application resources such as SiriKit, HomeKit, HealthKit, MusicKit, and ResearchKit are also expected to receive significant attention at this year's event.
As forNew iOS, watchOS, macOS and tvOS will be the focus of WWDC 2018 announcements, but will they be announced simultaneously like last year's event?New iPad,MacBook series, and rumoredAffordable HomePod, which cannot be confirmed yet.
