Following recent reports that Apple plans to launch a new iPhone with a larger screen size next year, related news further revealed that Apple is still planning to launch a successor to the iPhone SE to expand its presence in emerging markets such as India. At only about one-third the price of the current iPhone X, this may help Apple attract more user groups.
Having already established local production lines in India, Apple may continue its expansion into the Indian market with the new iPhone SE next year, and expand into more emerging countries and regions. It is expected to debut alongside the new iPad Pro in the first half of next year.
According to relevant information, the new iPhone SE may use the A10 processor and maintain a 4-inch screen and Touch ID fingerprint recognition function, but it is uncertain whether the storage capacity will be increased.
Apple is expected to launch a new iPad Pro in the first half of next year, featuring an LCD screen with an ultra-narrow bezel design and Face ID, similar to the iPhone X's facial recognition feature. The iPad Pro will be available in the existing 10.5-inch and 12.9-inch sizes. The new iPhone SE, which will also be unveiled, will not only focus on sales in India but may also expand into more emerging markets.
